| Buckeye lands 100 new jobs and $40 million in investment In case you missed it last week, I am proud to announce that the City of Buckeye has landed a major economic development that will bring in 100 new jobs and $40 million in new investment. Check out the news coverage. Cardinal IG Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cardinal Glass Industries, has agreed to build a new 200,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility just north of the city’s historic downtown. The new facility will house the company’s premier insulating glass (IG Divisions) that fabricates high quality, energy efficient insulating glass for some of the world’s premier residential window and door companies. This is a wonderful day for the City of Buckeye and its residents! It has been my mission from Day 1 to attract jobs and make sure everyone knows that Buckeye is open for business.
