| Thank you! Dear Friends, I have some exciting news! My bid for re-election was successful with over 55% of the vote! I want to thank my wife Verlyne and my children for all of their support throughout the campaign. I also want to say thank you to everyone who has worked on, endorsed, donated to, and supported my campaign. I owe yesterday’s win to everyone who worked so hard to make this possible. Thank you to the voters who for recognizing the work we have done and having faith that we are headed in the right direction. I will continue to work hard every day to build a stronger Buckeye and make sure our city is open for business, but I can’t do it alone. That is why I also want to congratulate the other people who were elected to the council yesterday. I look forward to working together to build a strong, cohesive council that can tackle our biggest challenges. Finally, I also want to thank my opponents. This was a very hard fought campaign, and I commend them on their commitments to the City. It’s not easy to run for office and now that this is over, I hope we can all work together to keep the city moving forward. Thank you again for your support, your faith, and your confidence.
